How much money do you want to make? That is the question that many business owners ask themselves when they are deciding what to do with their website. If the answer is “a lot,” you should focus on conversion rate optimization strategies. Unfortunately, many businesses spend time increasing traffic to their website and fail to improve the conversion rate once they get there. This is a huge mistake. In this blog post, we will discuss three marketing tips for your business!

1) Know Your Target Audience

First of all, you need to know who your target audience is. With that knowledge, ask yourself this question: “Would my target market find the following content valuable?” If not, don’t waste time creating it! Next, give them what they want on social media! An excellent way to do this is by engaging with people in your industry online and responding to their posts.

This will increase the chance of being found when someone searches for terms related to your company or product. For example, if I am a roofing contractor looking for tips about marketing on Facebook, I would search “Facebook Marketing.” Then I would see something like this on the first page of Google results and click it because it seems interesting enough based on the title!

Note that Google Partner badges have changed. Consider using them to help your business grow.

2) Create A Social Media Platform For Your Business

Yes, you read that correctly. Create a social media platform for your business! Not just Facebook or Twitter, but something unique that is only used by people interested in what your company does. That way, when someone comes across it, they know it’s coming from a reliable source and will be more likely to click through if the content seems interesting enough based on the title!

Even better? You can use this as part of an email marketing campaign to draw new leads into your funnel and nurture them before sending them down a sales pipeline! For example, I recently signed up for Messenger Marketing with HubSpot, so my business would have its own page where we could communicate with our target market directly without having any competition from brands we are trying to reach.

3) Content Marketing

Sure, we all know this. But not everyone spends the time and money necessary to create truly engaging content for their business website.

When it comes down to it, what is your company known for? What do you want people in your industry talking about online? If those two questions can’t be answered, then how will anyone find you or trust that you are on top of current events and trends within your market space? As marketers, it’s up to us to help our clients share great content regularly so they remain at the forefront of their target audience’s mind when someone begins searching on Google.

In conclusion,  marketing your business can be a difficult task, but you will soon see an improvement in leads generated from social media with the right tools and knowledge!
