While I love writing about saving money, I don’t often write about specific deals here on my blog (although I do share plenty of deals across my social media accounts).
This is mostly because many deals are short-lived, so by the time I’ve researched and written an article about them, the offer or deal has ended.
However, The Works 10 books for £10 offer has been around for ages and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. It also hasn’t increased in price despite everything else seemingly going up.
So, what makes this offer so great?
To start, 10 children’s picture books for £10 is an absolute bargain.

As well as being pretty expensive, children’s party bags can also end up being really bad for the environment, as they often contain lots of small plastic toys that are either only played with for a few minutes or break easily.
Gifting each child a book is a much more eco-friendly option and hopefully something that will last much longer too.
While I’m personally not a fan of gendering books, I know some parents will prefer to color code books with wrapping paper or choose a specific book for each child based on their personality.

One of the main things to remember about the 10 for £10 book bundle is that it’s great for splitting it down into smaller gifts.
So you could use a couple of books for your own children, donate a couple, use one as a top-up gift, and set another aside for a future Birthday party etc. And while £10 may seem like a lot to spend in one go, I definitely think on this occasion it’s worth it.
The books are usually £2 on their own and are sometimes in a 3 for £5 offer, which is good, but not quite as good as the 10 for £10.
