If you’ve a glut of leftovers from Christmas Day day and boxing fear not! This post brings you 40+Recipes for using them up and making sure you don’t waste a penny
It is so easy to buy too much food at Christmas. I think we all over estimate how much people will eat and have a huge fear of either not having enough food for everyone or running out of things. This leads to most households having a huge amount of leftover food (and sometimes even drink too!). Lots of food ends up getting thrown out simply because people don’t know what to do with it – or they leave it too long and it ends up going off at the back the fridge.
This post is full of a variety of Recipes aiming to use up anything you might have left over post Christmas. Most of them come from some of my favourite money bloggers so you guarantee they best and thriftiest way to use up anything you have left. Don’t forget dishes can be made now and frozen down – perfect if you think you might end up feeling the pinch come January. Take a look at my post for making the most of your freezer space if you need ideas on how to squeeze as much in your freezer as possible!

Again, it’s so easy to buy and cook far more veggies than we actually need. And last week the supermarkets massively dropped the prices of many of their vegetables in the run up to Christmas meaning it was easy to stock up on these for next to nothing (see my post about it here!)
Charmaine from ChammyIRL has this post for making an amazing stock. Don’t forget stock can be frozen (once it’s cool) and makes a brilliant base for soups and stews.

I’m not sure left over Bailey’s will ever be a thing in our house – but if you do have some these Chocolate Mousses could be the answer
