Make the garlic butter - melt the butter until soft using short 10 second blasts in the microwave. Add the garlic and herbs and give it a good mix.
Spread the garlic butter mixture over the slices of bread. Any leftover garlic butter can will keet for up to a week in the fridge.
Place the slices on a baking tray and place in the freezer for around 90 minutes or until frozen solid.
Once frozen, place the slices of garlic bread either in a container or reusable freezer bag (or if neither of these is an option they can also be individually wrapped in cling film.
To cook from frozen, bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. This will produce a lovely crisp garlic bread.
